Additional Detail- The coadministration of sofosbuvir with the following medications is not recommended because these medications may significantly lower sofosbuvir levels: Anticonvulsants: carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, , and phenytoin Antimycobacterials: rifampin, rifapentine Herbal Supplements: St. John's wort (Hypericumperforatum) HIV Protease Inhibitors: tipranavir
